Staff Application Guide
So... Here's the thing: If you can't apply without this guide, I don't think you are suitable for staff...
NOTE: Minecraft Staff members can get Staff on Discord without re-applying, but not vice versa

Here are the requirements for the "Modding" role ladder:
Please DO NOT apply for Staff if one or more of the following things apply:
  • You aren't a member of the Network for longer than 1 week (this will be raised significantly in the future)
  • You have been banned in the last five months (three months if the ban was appealed with the "Apology" type and accepted, FALSE BANS DO NOT COUNT)
  • You get hurt and/or annoyed fast
  • You cannot multitask
  • You are under 13
  • You have been muted in the last two months (one if it was appealed with the "Apology" type and accepted, FALSE MUTES DO NOT COUNT)
  • You cannot work in a team
  • You cannot respect higher authority
So the requirements are (Some people take way too long to understand something, so we need to repeat this again):
  • You need to be over thirteen (13) years old
  • You need to be insensitive. It is possible that you'll get exposed to heavy offences, death threats, NSFW content or more while you are staff
  • You need to be respectful
  • You need to work in a team (This includes being good at communicating and being a good "leader" if you're in one of the highest staff positions)
  • You need to respect and follow orders from higher authority
  • You need to multitask sometimes, most as a Helper and Jr. Mod, less when you're higher up
  • You need to have lots of experience on how the game and server works and you need to answer the community's questions as a Helper
  • You need to be able to de-escalate situations
  • Your English must be understandable
Promotion ladder for Moderating:

Staff Rules
  • Do not abuse any permissions
  • Be very respectful - we do not tolerate any toxicity to the public community
  • Strictly follow all rules
  • Do not use the "harder" swearwords "****, etc - the occasional shit is obviously fine." Also, I don't wanna see any viewers of my content saying "BuT yOu SwEaR sO mUcH sO wHy. Thanks, just had to point that out😂
  • Be trustworthy and do not hide things from the higher-ranked staff. We understand that you might wanna DM another staff that you don't like a player very much, but please try to keep that minimal. We can't prevent you from doing it, but please use common sense.
  • Be as active as possible without getting stressed, not doing RL-stuff and inform staff if you're gonna be offline for over 3d so we know that its not a random inactivity. We have a staff channel dedicated to staff breaks etc.
